🔥 HYROX WEDNESDAY 🔥

Midweek grind in full swing 👊

HYROX session was all about pushing the pace, building endurance, and learning to stay moving even when the body starts feeling the burn 🔥

A mix of cardio, strength, and functional fitness had the crew working hard from start to finish — grinding through the engine work and challenging both body and mind.

HYROX training is more than just fitness. It’s about:✔️ Building cardiovascular endurance✔️ Improving strength under fatigue✔️ Mental resilience✔️ Moving with purpose and intensity

The energy in the room today was unreal and everyone dug deep to get it done 💥

🔥 Tuesday Strength & Conditioning 🔥

Tuesdays session was all about building strength and embracing the burn 👊

We worked through high-rep lunges superset with heel elevated goblet squats — a serious lower body combo targeting the quads, glutes, hamstrings, and core 🔥

These movements are great for:
✔️ Building leg strength
✔️ Improving balance and stability
✔️ Increasing muscular endurance
✔️ Creating stronger movement patterns

And just when the legs were feeling it… we finished things off with an upper body burner 💪
🔥 Biceps
🔥 Back work
🔥 Plenty of burn to end the session strong

Big effort from the crew today — everyone pushed through and got it DONE 💥

What a way to finish the week 👊

Today’s partner workout was all about keeping the body moving, pushing the intensity, and grinding through together 💥

⏱️ 10 Min AMRAP• 30 Skips• 6 Toes to Bar / Knee Raises• 6 Deadlifts

😮‍💨 2 Min Rest

⏱️ 10 Min AMRAP — Round for Round• 10 Sit Ups• 8 Burpees Over Bar• 6 Hang Cleans

😅 2 Min Rest

⏱️ 10 Min AMRAP — Round for Round• 3 Wall Walks• 6 Clean & Press• 9 KB Swings

This session had EVERYTHING — cardio, core, gymnastics, strength, and shoulders absolutely on fire by the end 🔥

The best part about partner workouts is the energy in the room. You push harder, move faster, and dig deeper when someone’s right there beside you cheering you on 👏

Big effort from everyone today — tired bodies but great vibes heading into the weekend 💪

This week’s focus has been all about building strength from the ground up 👊

🏋️ Our main lift — squatsOne of the best movements for developing lower body strength, improving mobility, building core stability, and creating power through the legs and hips.

Squats don’t just make you stronger in the gym — they help improve everyday movement, posture, balance, and overall athletic performance 💥

Alongside our strength work, we’ve been working through accessory movements including:🔥 Bulgarian Split Squats — improving single leg strength and stability🍑 Hip Thrusts — building strong glutes and hip power💪 Core work — creating a strong foundation and improving control🏋️ A touch of upper body work to keep the body balanced and moving well

The crew has been putting in the work all week and the progress is showing 👏

Strong legs. Strong core. Strong mindset 💥
