Here’s just a few of the anniversaries we’ve celebrated recently 🤩🥳

Every person here represents more than a date on the calendar.

It’s early alarms, busy weeks, sessions shown up to when motivation was nowhere to be found, PB’s chased, laughs shared, and plenty of hard work done quietly in the background.

We love seeing our members continue to show up, support each other, and make this place what it is.

But that does not mean they’re helping you progress.

At YouFit, the goal is not to destroy people.

It took her over 4 attempts to come in for her first session!

👉🏻 That is normal.

So many people feel nervous before they start. They worry about being unfit, embarrassed, judged, or not knowing what to do.

Jag pushed through that first step and has now been with us consistently for over 4 years.

Nicolene is one of those members who shows what long term consistency can look like.

She is a working mum of two, always racing around after kids, sports, and activities.

When she started at YouFit over 5 years ago, she needed somewhere to look after her own health and fitness and regain control of her routine.

Now, she’s lost more than 20kg - and kept it off! 🔥

But one of the best parts of her story is who she has become inside the gym.

She is confident, friendly and welcoming to new people because she remembers exactly what it felt like to start.
