The Running Company was born out of a need to bring a premium level of running specific products and service to help every runner of every ability enjoy their running, stay injury free and achieve their goals. After having worked in the sporting industry across retail in Adelaide and London and wholesale having worked for Nike in various roles across Melbourne, Sydney and the US, I saw an opportun

ity in Australia to deliver world class service through the highest level of footwear and running/triathlon knowledge, full digital gait analysis and the ultimate in honesty and integrity. Now having returned home to Adelaide and family, it's time to help you find the right shoe to help keep you injury free and achieve your goal.

We’re very proud of TRC Adelaide superstars, Jess and Max, for their running achievements over the last few weeks!

Jess capped off a brilliant season with a National Final in the 800m, and Gold (1500m) and Silver (800m) at last weeks Uni Nationals.

Maxy ticked Boston off the bucket list with a very impressive run of 2:37 🤯

5 weeks to go until the Myponga Loop and the all important question is what shoe is best?

The 19km loop features 5km of road, and the remaining 14km is a mix of fire track, single tracks and long grass. The weather over the next few weeks will determin how the trails hold up under foot, especially given the lack of traffic the trails get from being closed to the public on the other 364 days of the year.

Come in and chat to the team to help you make sure you're prepared.
