The Running Company was born out of a need to bring a premium level of running specific products and service to help every runner of every ability enjoy their running, stay injury free and achieve their goals. After having worked in the sporting industry across retail in Adelaide and London and wholesale having worked for Nike in various roles across Melbourne, Sydney and the US, I saw an opportun

ity in Australia to deliver world class service through the highest level of footwear and running/triathlon knowledge, full digital gait analysis and the ultimate in honesty and integrity. Now having returned home to Adelaide and family, it's time to help you find the right shoe to help keep you injury free and achieve your goal.

Mens and Womens pairs available and as per usual, first in first serve on wear test pairs.

10km / 5km groups @ 6am.

Pillar Energy Gel 30 comes in 3 great flavours and features 30g carbs, 75mg sodium, 15mg potassium per gel.

Pillar Electrolyte Hydration is available in Passionfruit and Citrus flavours, with 400mg of sodium, 190mg potassium and 80mg magnesium per serve.

** note consistency of gel sits about half way between Precision and Pure which should make it very easy to get down mid-run!

Current Rotation: Superblast 3, Megablast, Vomero Plus, Metaspeed Edge and Sky, Puma Devaite Elite 4.

Currently training for: Melbourne Marathon

Outside of selling shoes, you can find me: Studying podiatry with Hudson, watching NBA or playing 2K, or at the beach.

We want to take a moment to celebrate Byron and The Running Company - South Adelaide, who closed their doors yesterday after 11 years servicing the runners of the south.

Byron would be a familiar face to many through events and also from managing Adelaide with Max and now TRC Newstead owner, Ethan.

TRC's greatest strength has always been it's people and this is something the Byron and Max lived by. Both stores were always stronger for each others support and creating the best possible outcomes for our customers, referral partners and staff alike.

Byron's connection with the southern running community shone through run clubs like Breath and Bones and Southern Athletics Club, and in particular, the relationship we have with Great Southern Runs.

One door closes and another door opens. Proud to have worked with Byron and lucky to call him a great mate. All the best on your next career!

We look forward to welcoming everyone from South Adelaide up at Hyde Park, and pleased to have Sam joining our team.

Your hand is exposed skin that does nothing while you run, leaving them out in the cold facing the elements - cold air, wind and rain. Keep your hands warm and dry with a pair of running gloves and power through these freezing cold mornings 🧤❄️🥶
