A tough weekend out.

There were some bright spots, including club debuts for Ben Fox and Liam Markham in the A Grade, but unfortunately we couldn’t get the results on the board across the grades.

We’ll take the lessons, reset over the long weekend bye, and get to work.

The focus now shifts to Brighton back on our home deck, where we’ll be looking to respond with the trademark Jets effort and intensity.

Thanks to everyone who came down and supported the club throughout the day.

Back at Kingswood Oval this Saturday as we take on the Dragons in a Grand Final Rematch.

A massive congratulations to Phoenix Lines, Ben Fox and Liam Markham on making their A Grade club debut 👏

Big opportunity for the group at home this weekend across all grades with teams stacked. Get down, support the boys and make some noise all day.

Shoutout to these Jets superstars who have been competing in the SAPSASA Football Carnival this week.

Coached by senior Jets Andrew Khabbaz and Lachie Fox, the City South boys managed to finish second in Division 1, losing only one game to the eventual champions in a thrilling grand final.

Connor Felici, James Swain, Leo Pekin and Charlie Doughty all played a pivotal role in the team’s success and we look forward to their future in football.

A special shout out to Connor who was named City South’s player of the tournament.

Another huge performance from the B Grade, running away with an 88-point win 💪 The boys continue to build strong form with contributions all over the ground.

The C Grade also got the job done in dominant fashion, piling on the goals in a massive team performance. Matthews was unstoppable with 8 majors.

A tough day for the A Grade, going down by 15 in a hard-fought contest at Broadview Oval. Plenty of fight shown all day, just couldn’t bridge the gap late.

Two big wins from the Ressies and C Grade. Plenty to build on across the club.
