CELEBRATING 7 YEARS of AYF.

We are thrilled to be serving the local yoga community and want to celebrate 7 years of our urban sanctuary in Unley this week. We THANK our amazing teachers and students for allowing us to do and share what we LOVE.

We encourage you to BRING A FRIEND to try one of our classes COMPLIMENTARY* during the first week of May.

All you need to do is email us their name and email address (so we can tell what to expect and bring) plus the class you both want to attend. We then will book you both in.

Offer valid until and inclusive of Sunday 9th May (Mother's Day).
*one complimentary class per friend.

We would like to invite you all to attend class on Saturday 8th May as we will be serving SA made juices, Prana Chai and delicious treats between each class as well as offering prizes after each class.

SCHOOL HOLIDAYS ... 53 days but who’s counting 🙋🏻‍♀️
Like many parents I am juggling work with being the full time fun mum, chef, taxi driver and cleaner.
If you can’t make it into the studio for class then jump ONLINE.
Roll out your mat with the kids ... an hour of movement. Challenge yourselves to balance, stretch and have some fun together.
Another option is to find a room with a door lock and enjoy your own practice for an hour.

AYF STUDIO is the only one in the Unley and Malvern area to feature specialised Far Infrared Ray (FIR) German design and made heating panels.

FIR heat is a revolutionary form of thermal technology which provides a safe and healthy heat for our yoga classes.

The studio space is heated between 24-26 degrees. The heat is radiant and ideal during winter and cooler days to entice you onto the mat especially for our early morning and evening classes.

The ambient heat is something many students mentioned that they missed during the required covid closure.

Please note we are not a hot yoga studio. In fact you can expect cooling during the summer months as we like to be just as adaptable as the practice itself.

SLOW FLOW is back at AYF with extra classes on timetable. Suitable for all students particularly if new or returning to yoga. 4 classes every week.

Join Bec every Monday and Thursday 4.30pm for movement and stillness on the mat.
Perfect 1 hour afternoon pick me up.

Lucy is teaching Slow Flow on Wednesday nights 7.30pm. Highly recommend after being on the mat with her last night.

Dan is teaching 9.30am Sundays. Slow and strong with plenty of alignment tips.

• Classes are currently capped at 10
• Bookings via Mindbody prior to arrival
