Sometimes the most healing thing is simply to gather in the company of other women and just be.

Sacred Rest Ritual is a two-hour contemplative immersion for nervous system restoration.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Not a yoga class.
Not a meditation workshop.
Not a women’s circle.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
A grounded, intentional ritual space where the body is supported, the mind is guided gently inward, and genuine energy rejuvenation becomes possible.

This is a solo retreat in company — each woman on her own inner journey, held within the same quiet container.

No sharing.
No performing.
No responsibilities.
No pressure.

✨ During our time together, you will be guided through:

🔻 Breathwork to settle the nervous system and arrive in your body
🔻 Guided journalling to transition from outer to inner awareness
🔻 Deeply supported restorative yoga postures (one or two)
🔻 A somatic awareness practice through the layers of body, mind and heart
🔻 Yoga Nidra — the practice of systematic conscious relaxation, known to support stress reduction, sleep and emotional wellbeing
🔻 A closing mindful tea ritual
🔻 Mantra healing

You are welcome to leave in your own quiet, restored state. Silent, solitude and private guided contemplation is honoured throughout. No sharing required.

Those who know my work know I’ve been facilitating women’s circles, and training circle facilitator, for many years. I’m excited to now bring an additional layer to how I hold women’s circles, shaped by my training as a psychotherapist and interest in the circles being therapeutic without being 'group therapy'.

If you’ve sat in circle with me before, you may notice a shift. There’s less emphasis on showmanship and ritual, and more focus on reality, presence, and genuine responsiveness to what’s unfolding in the moment.

There are now only 4 places left for the FREE TRIAL session this Saturday afternoon at Subiaco Library, as part of the Subi Blooms Mother’s Day weekend festival.

If you’d like to experience what it’s like to sit in circle with me, I invite you to book one of the remaining spots via the Eventbrite link in the comments below.

This will be the only free trial session I’m offering. If you can’t make it but feel curious, you’re welcome to attend a single session at another time. And if you already sense this is a commitment you’d like to make to yourself for the rest of the year, there’s a generous discount available for joining the full 7-session container (dates below). In the spirit of this being an intimate and transformative women's wellbeing support group container, the remainder of the circles for the year will be open to no more than 10 women each time.

If reconnecting with who you are, how you relate, and showing up more authentically in your life matters to you, this could be a meaningful space for awareness and growth.
