Mind Over Body Hypnotherapy & Health Kim Johnston is a tertiary qualified Clinical Hypnotherapist with over 30 years coaching and training experience helping people achieve their goals.

My name is Kim Johnston
I have 20 years experience owning and managing Fitness Centres both large and small. I combine this knowledge with a Tertiary Diploma in Clinical Hypnotherapy to help people change their lives and help them achieve their dreams . Helping people change their long formed habits such as smoking, Weight loss, anxiety etc under hypnosis can transform ones life in an instant . I

also work with corporations and sporting teams training management and staff and athletes in performance , team unity , sales ( my specialty) and how to manage stress and tension. Another area I like to work in is for students coping with exam stress , high performance or bullying. I am absolutely passionate in helping people realise that they have the power to transform their lives and Hypnotherapy in a respectful , clinical setting is one of the most powerful tools to help you harness the power of your own mind and body

Last Chairfit Class before my knee op & the crew did not disappoint!! We have an inside running joke when we do our “SHIMMY’S” so today this mad mob turned up with an assortment of tassels and shook their “Tatas” 😂😂All inspired by Rosie’s Love heart Tshirt one day ..( you had to be there 😂😂) our lovely Nellie became Naughty Nellie ..oh to have that energy and humour in my 80’s !! Love you lot ..see you for Lunch mulwala 12pm for lunch on Tues 9th June .. as long as someone drives me 🙏🥰
