😍 good numbers from the crew again this morning putting in the hard work as usual

🙌🏻 Shout out to our pocket rocket Freya, off to Sydney next week for little athletics! Good luck girl, we have no doubt you will do your absolute best!

☺️ as the sporting season is approaching, Saturdays are becoming very busy! If you are interested in run club and you would like it to continue, please hit me up with day and time that would suit. We will go with majority rules! Feel free to comment on the post or DM me, if you don’t speak up, I don’t know so please reach out.

Runner of the week

🎀 Kathleen
Oh wow, this one is soooo over due! Not only is Kathleen a standout running, she takes her time to encourage others around her! Always up for a chat, setting a pace and making sure everyone is having fun… especially the pooches!
Kathleen is the definition of our run club and we love having her and partner Adam join us each week!
Kathleen was also nominated for this award by a fellow club member who said her club spirit is the best 🙌🏻

☀️ very close to being perfect weather for our runners this morning leaving us a little less red faced then usual… perhaps we are just getting fitter!

🥰 we had two very eager new members join us today putting in the hard yards, welcome Noah Bryant and Mia Lancaster! Hope to see you both a bit more between work and uni commitments!

We also had a drop in visitor on the home stretch who gets our participation award of the week, welcome home Jordan Lizzard Ison for the weekend!

☺️ thank you for those that keep turning up, consistency is key! Hope you all have a great weekend!

📣 a very over due and well deserved ROW will be announced during the week!
