Great start to 2025 season for the Squad. Outstanding runs from 1st (400m 46.19); .18 1st (400m 54.93 pb); 2nd(400m 46.87 pb); .douglas 1st (400mH 60.61); =3rd (400m 47.41). Season building nicely for , .ring in the 100m & in the 400m. Looking forward to the next couple of months and some big performances!

Final Qld Competition for 2024 at QSAC yesterday. Average weather. Great performances from the Squad with 4 x Lifetime Personal Bests 😮 .18 dropped a massive half second after many years (55.51sec); sliced his long standing previous best (47.4sec); smashed his previous best by 3sec (53.5sec); .hasset ran a 2sec PB (61.5sec); and also great runs from (47.2sec); ; .douglas (57sec); in the 100m. Well done everyone! Outstanding start to the season! 👏👏

Another major step in the right direction for the last 2 days at the Australian All Schools Champs in Brisbane. 🥇 in the u18 4x100m; 🥈 in the u18 200m; 🥈in the u18 400mH (and oh so close!) - such an impressive young lady who is committed and extremely determined to succeed in her athletics and life! A big day for the Athletic4Life crew at the Qld Relay Champs taking home our 6th consecutive Open Men’s 4x400m 🥇Relay Title as well as finally winning our first ever Open Men’s 4x800m 🥇Relay Title! What an outstanding weekend for at the Qld All Schools Champs. Very talented, exceptionally driven, amazingly dedicated to self improvement! As a coach you cannot ask for more from an athlete. Winning 🥇100mH; 🥇400mH; 🥈200m - All PB’s! Ava has spent several years building up her work capacity and athletic skills and deserves her success. For me the 200m was an important breakthrough, as the sprint medals have always eluded her. Not any more! Australian All Schools here she comes! Congratulations Ava 👏👏

Qld State Champs Days 1 & 2: was outstanding winning🥇in the U20 800m (2.08.98 WJQ!) &🥇in the 400m (55.56 PB); placed 🥉 in the Open Men’s 800m securing himself a place to the Australian Champs. .18 won 🥈in the U20 400m (56.05 PB!) finally breaking her longstanding PB drought. Super run after being sick all week! won 🥈in the U18 400m in a huge PB (50.91) & Australian Champs Q; ran beautifully to win 🥈 in the U13 400m (64.5 PB); placed a solid 7th in the U18 100m; .08 ran a PB in the Open 100m (12.67); ran a PB in the U20 100m; placed 8th in the U20 400m; .bellebmx ran great races in the U16 800m & 400m finals. ran a strong race in the U16 400m Final. In the Open Men’s 400m won 🥇 in a very impressive (46.03) to add to his large tally of Qld State Titles over many years. placed 6th & placed 8th. More to come tomorrow! Well done everyone! 👏👏 only .06sec off making the Open 400m final & running one of his best races of the season just outside qualifying. 400m (47.34); (47.85); (had a crack in A Race! coming back from minor injury); .douglas 400mH (60.91 season best); .18 400m (56.0h -> robbed of a lifetime best by the timing not working! Next time even faster!); 400m (60.15 PB! Great reward for her hard work!); 100m (13.6 PB!); .allegra 400m PB! 2km Steeple PB! Well done! 400m (51.97 PB!) & running a blindingly fast leg in the Tigers 4x400 relay team running against the Australian 🇦🇺 Team.
