On September 6th, our Logan Vikings athletes took on the 2026 Brisbane Open Water Championships, putting together some fantastic performances in the 2.5km and 5km events! 🌊

A solid weekend of racing at the 2026 Brisbane Junior SC Championships for Logan Vikings.

Our team of 19 swimmers delivered:
🥈 3 Silver medals
🥉 2 Bronze medals
🔥 54 Personal Bests
⭐ 16 Top 10 finishes

More importantly, there was plenty of improvement across the team, with swimmers stepping up, backing themselves, and putting their training into practice.

Well done to all of our swimmers, coaches and families for another great championship. Onto the seniors at QLD SC next weekend! 💛🖤

What a fantastic afternoon celebrating another successful season with our Logan Vikings family at the Coorparoo Bowls Club.

A huge thank you to the club, our swimmers, families, coaches, volunteers, committee members and supporters who helped make the 2025/26 season such a success.

Special thanks to Lane 4 Co for providing apparel for our major award winners, and to Cherie Flowers for her ongoing work managing our club website.

This week, Charlotte Hansen, Lucas Humeniuk, Caio Gallo, and Mackenzie Parker will be competing at the 2026 Australian Swimming Trials, aiming for selection on Australia’s Commonwealth Games and Pan Pacific Championships teams.

Months of training, dedication, and commitment have led to this moment. We’re proud to support them as they take on Australia’s best.
