This Father’s Day, we’re giving dads an excuse to stop watching from the sidelines and have a go themselves. 💪

Throughout September, dads whom don't already have an active membership can train completely FREE in:

Taekwondo — Mondays
Karate — Wednesdays
No-Gi BJJ — Fridays
