🏐 Representative Results – Week 8

Tough day at the office in PLV this week, with Westside x Sydney United putting on a strong showing across all divisions.

The highlight of the round came from our Men’s U19 Elite side, who fought their way back to finish tied at 2 sets all at the end of the allocated match time. With the result decided on points countback, the boys went down by just 3 points.

In SVL, our Division 2 Women secured their first win of the season, defeating Hi Five Volleyball 3-0 in a fantastic performance.

🏐 Registrations Open: IVA 2026 Winter Social Comp!

Tuesday night volleyball is back for another season! Join us for 10 weeks of round-robin action starting June 16.

📅 When: Tuesday nights, 7pm - 10pm
📍 Where: Illawarra Hockey Centre, Unanderra
👥 Who: All ages, mixed genders (min. 2 women/gender diverse players per team)
💰 Cost: $550 per team

New to Social Comp or looking for a team? Join us for our Open House nights on June 2 & 9 from 7pm-9pm for casual volleyball, meet other players, and get ready for the season ahead.

⚠️ Deadline: Entries close Friday, June 12 @ 7pm or when the premitted number of team registrations is reached
⚠️ Membership: Minimum recreational membership required.

👉 INDIVIDUALS: No team? No worries. Hit the link in the event description to register your interest as an individual looking for a team we’ll do our best to find you a home.

That’s a wrap on our Autumn 2026 season of Social Comp volleyball!

Congratulations to all of our winners across each grade 🔥💪

Winter 2026 Social Comp details and registrations are already live on our website, with our Open House Night taking placing next week 02 June. See you there! 🏐

⚔️ Representative Season – Week 7 Game Schedule

In PLV, we take on Vostok x UNSW in Round 7, with our games being featured on the Volleyball NSW YouTube channel.

Meanwhile SVL Division 1 Men enter into Round 7, with Division 2 teams taking a break with a bye. These games will be streamed on our IVA Youtube channel as usual.

🏐 Representative Results – Week 6

Another strong weekend in Premier League, with our Premier Women securing their first win of the season! 💪

Our Men’s Reserve, Men’s U19 and Women’s U19 sides also came away with wins as the momentum continues to build across the program ❤️🖤

In SVL, all three sides went down in tough matches, but there were once again some fantastic performances and plenty to build on heading into next week ⚔️
