That’s a wrap. 🚲❤️
After 15 fantastic years in the bicycle industry, we have officially closed the doors to Ulverstone Bicycles, and it’s time to move on to the next chapter.
As I keep saying, life wasn’t meant to be lived in one place. At just 32 years old, I’ve now spent half my life in the bicycle industry — looking after thousands of amazing customers, building friendships, fixing bikes, training the next generation of bike builders and serving our wider community.
Closing the doors was not a failure — it was a huge success. 🙏🏻
We are incredibly proud of what we achieved and so grateful to everyone who supported us along the way.
To our amazing customers, staff — past and present — suppliers, friends and everyone who walked through those doors: thank you. ❤️
Over the years, we’ve had the privilege of training so many junior bike builders, many of whom have gone on to successful careers of their own.
We’ve also sponsored countless clubs, teams, events and charities, helping put hundreds of thousands of dollars back into our local community. That is something we will always be incredibly proud of.
Now it’s time for bigger and better things — and hopefully I’ll finally find a bit more time to get out on the trails myself! 😜🚲
For anyone looking to purchase a new bike, our great friends at Giant Devonport and Bicycle Centre Somerset will be more than happy to look after you.
For any Trek warranty issues, please reach out to Wild Ride Cycles in Latrobe.
Thank you again for an incredible 11 years as a business owner, and 15 years in the bicycle industry. ❤️
It’s been one hell of a ride.
Here’s to the next chapter. 🥂
See you all out on the trails! 🚲🙏🏻
