A little appreciation post for the wonderful and always smiling Nat 😊

Nat joined the Balanced team a little over two months ago as a functional training coach, and she’s quickly become a much-loved part of the studio.

Positive, supportive and incredibly knowledgeable, she brings close to a decade of coaching and PT experience to the team.

You’ll catch Nat in the studio on Tuesday and Friday mornings running Define Lower and Define Upper, and on Wednesday afternoons leading Pace.

If you haven’t met her yet, be sure to say hi next time you’re in 👋

New HYROX Race Simulation date: June 13 💥

Our superstar HYROX coach, Orin, has been invited to compete in Queensland 💪

As a result, we’ve had to move our HYROX Race Simulation event back by two weeks.

The upside? That’s two extra weeks to train, prepare and show up ready 😎

Registrations have also been extended until June 8.

When it comes to HYROX training, the details matter.

The best performing athletes aren’t always the strongest or fastest individually, they’re the ones who can pace properly, move efficiently, recover quickly between stations and stay consistent when fatigue sets in.

At Balanced Fitness, you'll train with the same equipment used on race day alongside a specialist HYROX coach, so your preparation feels as close to the real thing as possible.
