The CrossFit Australia Affiliate Summit did NOT disappoint.

It’s so easy to get lost in your own four walls and caught up in your own gym. But this weekend reminded me of something bigger:

We do not stand alone.

We are a community. Doing incredible things for thousands of people across this country. We stand together.

Between the connections, the conversations, and the presentations... I’m leaving fired up and ready to give even more.
