Tribe Six is honoured to have Damien, Nicky and Pete sharing their gifts with the community. A special experience to reconnect with self.

With Damien Haire & Nicky and Pete, Essence of Place.

Join us for a transformative experience combining yoga and sound healing.

Begin with a gentle floor-based flow yoga session facilitated by Damien with Nicky accompanying on crystal bowls, designed to create a subtle balanced energy that is turned inward to settle the mind and body in preparation for deep relaxation. Following this Essence of Place will share live gentle music combined with sound therapy as a relaxing sound journey. This session has been designed to release physical tension and promote relaxation. All welcome.

Reflect the changes in energy of the season and experience the slow down, amongst the ambient soundscapes of singing bowls, guitar, harp, didgeridoo, gong and gentle percussive instruments. 🍂

Spiritual alchemical philosophy describes the layers of the self (like an onion) that we build up and accumulate based on the many facets of our social conditioning.

When we dissolve these layers we can return to the true self. When this occurs, there is less (baggage) in between the self and the natural order of the world and the universe at large. We may integrate more freely with the world around us.

The experience of a sound healing session can place us into the alpha/theta brainwave state. A state of consciousness that frees us from the accumulating layers.

As we participate with the natural cycles we can alter and or improve our perception of our world around us and create a harmonious, resilient way of being. The benefits of sound healing have been well documented, with changes in physiology and biology being key components toward transformation to a greater self. The nature and composition of sounds within a sound session initiate alchemical changes within the brain, flowing through the spinal column and through the central nervous system.
