Norfolk Island-What a perfect place to take a great group of ladies!
I know I should have posted a few photos each day with a short narrative, but it was a busy time!

Some great golf was played, with good scores coming in from Jen Johnson, Mary Courtney, Toni Pilcher, Annie Weir, Julie McIvor, Kimberley Boys and Julie Hughes.

The course was beautiful and in top condition and our accommodation was perfect.

Besides the golf, we enjoyed traditional island food and entertainment, swimming In beautiful Emily Bay, snorkelling, hiking, lots of dancing, laughter and great friendships.

Thankyou to the 22 lovely people who made it such a memorable week.

Due to a glitch in my FB account I was unable to post more of our trip to Tasmania a few weeks ago.
But one of the lovely courses we played was Llanherne, just outside of Hobart.
As it was at Tasman GC Port Arthur the day before, the warm welcome and hospitality shown to us was amazing!
We have even featured in their clubs newsletter.

4 days into our Tassie golf trip, and having a great time!
The hospitality and generosity shown to us at the courses has been amazing.
First day of golf was at Tasman GC at Port Arthur where we were warmly welcomed by Captain, President, Treasurer and Board Members. Captain Ian did the presentations to the winners-Jenny, Linda and Pam. The course was challenging, particularly the 8th Hole,
Cameron’s Chasm.

Our Pre-Tour Meeting on Saturday for our trip to Tasmania in March. Everyone is super excited.
Hopefully more trips to come in 2023.

It has been a busy 10 days for my golfing ladies and a good time to say thankyou to you all for your continued support, fun & friendships.
Also a huge Thankyou to Jared & the Board of Directors for allowing me to run the Wednesday On Course sessions again.
It is a perfect transition from hitting balls on the range to learning all about course management, scoring, etiquette etc in a fun & relaxed situation. After just 3 weeks we have 2 new members- welcome Kimberly & Natali😁

Congratulations to Judy Cavanagh who played steady golf to win the 2022 Shootout at Coolangatta Tweed Heads on Saturday.
Judy beat Julie Harvey on the last hole and I’m happy to say both ladies came to my classes on Friday!!!
Well done everyone who qualified and to Sherriff Anne Morpeth for scoring.

Looking forward to seeing you tomorrow , as well as the other 10 new and recently recruited ladies. A new wave of talent emerging at Coolangatta Tweed!

Great night out on the “Living in the 70’s Tweed River Cruise on Sunday to celebrate Susan’s birthday.
Who would have thought that joining in a golf class could result in such great friendships?
I am such a proud Mother Duck!

Hey folks, I hope this finds you all well and managing the Covid restrictions and lockdowns without too much distress?
As a Queenslander I am unable to cross the border to teach golf at Coolangatta Tweed at the moment.
However, luckily I am am allowed to hold classes and private lessons at Burleigh West Golf Range starting next week.
If you know any Queenslanders needing a lesson or perhaps just wanting a hit some balls ‘under supervision’, please let them know I am available for classes or individual tuition most mornings by appointment only.
