About 5 years ago I had a 2 year old, I felt out of shape, sluggish and horrible. Gyms scared the heck out of me and I wanted something to strengthen my entire body. I discovered Pilates and my life changed - for the better! I am now a qualified Reformer and mat Pilates instructor and also a qualified Allied Health Assistant with experience in clinical pilates (rehab).
