BREATH TRAINING, SAUNA & ICE

The workshop explores the theory and practice of functional breath training plus contrast (hot/cold) so they can learn how breathing impacts your fitness, performance, health and wellbeing.

During the session you will experience breathing assessments, breathing exercises, breath holds and exposure to heat (sauna) and ice (ice bath).


By the end of the session you would of explored skills to improve your:
VO2 max
Recovery time
Ability to breath for longer only from the nose
Create better CO2 tolerance
Delay the onset on lactic acid build up
