ONE MORE SLEEP!!!!!!! Southern Cross Tae Kwon Do is back up and running from tomorrow night, Monday 7th January 2019 / 6:30pm Kickoff, and following the next night from 6pm at the Banora Point High School Tuesday 8th January! If your not a member yet then come and start the new year with a special art that will last for the rest of your life! Every age is welcome as these great pictures demonstrate. So if a baby this size can perform a classic take down, just image what you can do! See you all tomorrow night - it's exciting - it's live - and it's to be back baby!

After looking at all the high energy photos from our grading held on Saturday 22nd December 2018, I've got to give these two photos the STAND-OUT award of all time. They are brilliant with so much power. Plus it gave me a little laugh as well. Everyone was great yesterday and the determination with everyone can be seen in the photo album. Also a MASSIVE CONGRATULATIONS to Michael and Nick who have both achieve their Black Belts! Wonderful job guys and to everyone!

Just in time for Christmas.... Lets welcome young BRODIE to the team. Our newest member of Southern Cross Tae Kwon Do. Brodie gives his all each Monday and Wednesday night and will work his way to the top of this awesome art. Great to have you Brodie, and keep kicking and punching mate.
