Tong Long Kung Fu is open Wednesday and Thursday 6:00pm - 7:30pm and Saturday Morning 8:00am - 9:30am. Tai Chi is open Friday morning 7:30am - 8:30am

As Martial Artists, not only do we train the physical side of fighting but train our Martial Mind even more so. Humility, Honesty, Integrity and the list goes on.
It saddens me to hear viscous rumours from so called Martial Artists on reasons why ive left.
To put it straight a hand shake a hug was the only thing that happened, nothing more.
Talking about things you dont know.....you just look stupid.
Focus on your training and become better humans....
not lies & chinese whispers.

Well that was a sad night.
Thankyou gentlemen for being loyal, kind hearted, generous, respectful and above all just down right good humans.
I will miss each and every one of you and its been an honour to be in your company. Our time together has been delightful and not once have you or the Academy been a burden.
End of an era but not my passion, im sure we will see each other sooner than latter.
I wish you all the best and the most prosperous life..
