When you think the hardest part is turning up for a workout and then you actually have to do the workout 🙄
This is how my session went this morning… “Should I just do half the workout?”
“I don’t feel like this today”
“Why did I choose this session?”
“Another set?!”
Next thing you know I’m half way through the session and I’m hyping myself up to keep going 😂
Sometimes we need to be our biggest cheerleader to get through the tough workouts. I mean I will always be your #1 supporter during class but you’d be surprised with what you can accomplish with some positive affirmations 🤍
So be kind to yourself. Take extra breaks if you need and keep going. You’ve got this 👊🏼
