When you think the hardest part is turning up for a workout and then you actually have to do the workout 🙄

This is how my session went this morning… “Should I just do half the workout?”
“I don’t feel like this today”
“Why did I choose this session?”
“Another set?!”

Next thing you know I’m half way through the session and I’m hyping myself up to keep going 😂

Sometimes we need to be our biggest cheerleader to get through the tough workouts. I mean I will always be your #1 supporter during class but you’d be surprised with what you can accomplish with some positive affirmations 🤍

So be kind to yourself. Take extra breaks if you need and keep going. You’ve got this 👊🏼

Where focus goes, energy flows 🤍

Stay on track this week by scheduling time in your calendar for your workouts. I find this always helps, especially when you get to the the end of the week and more things pop up (and the excuses start to creep in 😅) you don’t have to think twice about when you’re getting your daily movement in and you’ll always feel better for sticking to it!

Today I went on my first solo surf 🏄🏻‍♀️ I’ve been trying to learn for some time now (and when I say trying I mean going out a few times a year and someone pushing me onto waves 🙈) But I set a goal to take myself out and be more consistent because how am I going to improve and feel more confident if I dont keep trying?
I was nervous, felt super uncomfortable and could hear the annoying judgemental voice telling me all the reasons I shouldn’t go. I pushed through and had the BEST time!! I stood up more than I expected and laughed when I stacked.
This is why I do what I do everyday. This is why I love teaching so much because I get to help and support you take the next step wherever you are on your journey.
It’s normal to feel nervous when trying something new, it’s supposed to be challenging and it will feel uncomfortable. But trust me when I say there’s so much power in just showing up. When you push through your boundaries and try and try again. That feeling you get after is ALWAYS worth it in the end 💗💗

This last month I’be been putting in motion my plan to move to the Gold Coast 😅 It’s been a roller coaster of emotions (especially this past week) as the reality sets in of this big move and what I’m leaving behind in Sydney. But even as I have moments of doubt there’s always the wave of excitement and possibility of what this next chapter holds 💫

So bare with me as I pack up my life over the next month and relocate. I promise I’ve got some exciting things planned for you all in the next coming months too! ☺️

NEW WORKOUT - HIIT #8
Kick off your weekend with our new HIIT session, which is sure to get your blood pumping and heart rate up!

We work 40 seconds on each exercise with a 10 second rest and repeat the exercise twice before moving on. It’s high reps which gets the endorphins flowing and have you sweating in no time. You’ll love this one 💦💪🏽
