Congrats to RepeatSet client Billy who signed a 3 year development deal with the bulldogs today!

He has been a regular face at our programs over the last year and this is a little step forward in his journey.

He will play for the Northern Rivers Titans in the Andrew Johns Cup this year where i've personally seen him absolutely training the house down. He is in for a big year.

Speed sessions are starting back this Saturday at the Coolangatta AFL fields on Greenway Dr.

We will be building our base springs to enhance the acceleration and change of direction for our field athletes.

There are so many layers to speed, but like most things, the fundamentals done well derive the majority of the benefits.

New Coach Alert!

We are pleased to announce current Tweed Seagulls Intrust Cup Back Rower Jacob Mcudden will be joining us in a coaching role for the next block of gym sessions and into our upcoming preseason camps.

He not only has a wealth of fitness experience, he can also offer our young league athletes a current perspective on what it takes to earn a position in, and perform week to week in Queensland's premier competition.

Charlie was lucky enough to play in a u14 future titans game last week. The squad trained at Parkwood on Friday and played at Ipswich the following day. The squad was composed of players from all over Qld, Northern NSW and New Zeland. A great reward for all his effort and a taste of what it's like out there competing against the cream of the crop.

I'm loving being involved with developing over 150 junior rugby league players through the current RISE programs. I have the Strength and Conditioning role for the Group 18 boys program and a skills development coaching role for the Group18/1 girls program.
