A little workout for every body, but especially the Mums!
This is what 90 percent of what my workouts look like lately 😆 far from perfect, a little chaotic but I love it and so does my little Mini. But on one condition and that is we incorporate some sort of dance 💃🏼
This workout was very much focused on the deeper core muscles, whilst adding in some slow flowing strength movements. And a little challenge to finish off.

Part 1 - Standing Core - 10 reps each side | 3 rounds
1. Oblique crunch
2. Wood chops
3. Lunge-twist- bicep curl - knee lift
4. Squat press - cross body knee lift
5. Standing dead bug

Part 2 - 10min
Every 2 min
5 x squats
5x deadlifts
5 x cleans
5 x push presses
10 x marching knee lifts

Easily modified to suit where you are at in your fitness journey and really just trying to bring focus to those deeper core muscles and breath. Slowing things down like this is great for that overstimulated nervous system we are all walking around with these days, yet we still get the metabolic benefits of strength training. We hope you have the most amazing Easter long weekend ahead! Stay safe, stay active, indulge a little & enjoy time with the ones you love 🫶

As of lunch time today, we are hitting pause for the weekend for some much needed R & R to ☀️
We will be back Tuesday 7th April.

Our members with 24hr access won’t be affected over the Easter break. However those of you who don’t have a 24hr key, we encourage you to organise that with us today if you are wanting your come in during this time.

We wish you a beautiful long weekend ☀️
And we’ll see you back in the gym on Tuesday 🙏
