Canberra is set to host the inaugural 3v3 National Floorball Championships this December, bringing together Australia's top floorball talent for an action-packed weekend of fast-paced competition!

With four divisions on offer, there’s a place for both experienced players and those looking to be part of this exciting new format:

🏆 Men's National
🏆 Women's National
🏆 Men's Social
🏆 Women's Social

📅 12–13 December 2026
📍 National Hockey Centre, Lyneham ACT

Whether you're competing for a national title or enjoying the social atmosphere, this event promises high-energy games, great competition, and an incredible showcase of Australian floorball.

💰 National Divisions: $300 per team
💰 Social Divisions: $200 per team

Floorball 3v3 is underway!
The competition kicked off this morning with teams from across the ACT taking to the court for an exciting pre season round of Floorball 3v3 action.
Fast-paced games, great teamwork, and plenty of skill have already been on display as players compete with enthusiasm.

Good luck to all teams as the season continues throughout the next few months. We can’t wait to see how the competition unfolds! 🔥💪

🔥 The Canberra 3v3 Winter Series is here this weekend! 🔥

Thank you to everyone who has registered for our inaugural 3v3 competition. We're excited to bring this fast-paced new format to the ACT floorball community!

This weekend will be our Pre-Season Round, giving players the chance to experience the format, meet their teammates, and help us fine-tune the competition before points are on the line.

✅ Game times have been released for this weekend
✅ Every player will play two 30-minute games on the day

🔥 Canberra’s newest and fastest version of floorball is here!

This winter, Floorball ACT is launching Canberra’s first ever 3v3 Floorball Competition, played under official international 3v3 rules. With smaller courts, faster games, and nonstop action, this exciting new format is perfect for experienced players looking to compete at a high level and newcomers wanting to give floorball a go.

Games will be played Saturday mornings at Tuggeranong Archery Centre from 13 June – 1 August, with teams playing two games each round. Divisions are available for competitive, developing, social, and women’s players, making it accessible for everyone.

Why 3v3?

🔥 EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST – 2026 NORTHERN BEACHES OPEN (NBO) 🔥

Floorball ACT is now seeking Expressions of Interest from players keen to represent ACT at the 2026 Northern Beaches Open (NBO) in Sydney! 🙌

The NBO organisers are planning to run the following competitions:
🏆 Men’s Elite
🏆 Women’s Elite
🏆 Development (Mixed)
🏆 Under 16s (Mixed)
🏆 Under 12s (Mixed)

We are looking to gauge interest in forming Floorball ACT teams, either under our banner or in combination with other clubs if numbers require.

📅 Event Details:
Players will need to travel to Sydney on Friday or early Saturday, with games running from early Saturday through to late Monday afternoon (junior competitions may run over fewer days).

💲 Costs:
Players will be responsible for:
• Share of team competition fees
• Travel, accommodation, and meals

Please note: Floorball ACT will not be organising group accommodation bookings this year, but we will share any available discount codes or helpful info.
