Just over a month ago, Lyne joined us at

While she’s always lived an active lifestyle, stepping into a gym and starting a structured resistance training program was completely new territory.

Fast forward four weeks, and she’s consistently showing up 3 days/week, following her program, and already seeing some fantastic results:
