Aisha and Safiah have never met before. They started the class on separate stations, struck up a conversation during a rest period and decided train together for the remainder of the class so they could continue their conversation 🫶🏻 …….and boy did it continue 🙊😂

🎉 END OF CHALLENGE CELEBRATION 🥳

On Saturday we celebrated the end of the 6 week Locked In Challenge.

Thankyou to everyone who attended, it’s always great to get together outside of the 4 walls of the studio and celebrate everyone’s achievements.

A big CONGRATULATIONS to Rishab Dama who took out ALL 3 categories of the challenge 👏🏼👏🏼

This has only been done 1 other time across the 30 Challenges we have held in studio.

🔥 6.5kg Fat loss
💪🏼3.1 kg muscle gain
💙 14.92% Body composition change

Enormous achievement and a credit to the hard work And consistency Rishab showed over the 6 weeks.

Congratulations also go to 2nd place Mitali Panigrahi Mitali and 3rd place Kerri Evans Kerri.

Our teams Challenge winner was the Black team…..made up of the 5.10am crew who held off a fast finishing Dark Blue and Grey team!

Well done to EVERYONE who showed up and completed the 6 week challenge. There were amazing results all round by the whole studio.

Thankyou to the team Cavalier Brewing for being an amazing host as well 🙏

💛🖤 HYROX SUNDAYS 💛🖤

The countdown is on to Hyrox Melbourne and we are ramping up the training in preparation 🔥

As of Wednesday September 16th we will be adding 2 extra Hyrox days. 💪🏼

Wednesdays - Any class time for the day
Fridays - 4.45pm and 5.50pm ( 1 hour class)
Sundays - 10.00am - 11.15am

Last Sunday we finished up our 6 week Locked In Challenge with our Grand Finale Teams workout!

14 teams, 9 stations, maximum efforts, high energy and an amazing Vibe.

This workout exemplified TEAM TRAINING, LIFE CHANGING ❤️💙

The encouragement and support each team member gave each other was of the highest order. 🫶🏻

Well done to all teams on an amazing workout and a great 6 week challenge.

There were some amazing results and I look forward to announcing ALL OUR WINNERS at our End of Challenge Party tomorrow.
