HOW WE STRUCTURE OUR SESSION ๐

Our programs usually run for 1 hour. However we are super flexible, so... We can stick around for however long or little you need us there for.
HOW IT WORKS? ๐คท
As mentioned our programs are most likely an hour long session. There is usually 1-2 coaches delivering the program who are trained in the sport/activity they are providing.
WHY WE DO IT? โ๏ธ
We try to break up the session to smaller parts to make it easier for our coaches as well as make it as entertaining for the participants as well.
THE SESSION: ๐ฅณ
๐ฅ WARM UP/ INTRO
Get everyone moving & ready for the session. The intro is so important for the coaches to learn everyone names skill abilities and for the other participants to get to know each other. This roughly takes 5-10 minutes.
๐ฅ FIRST GAME:
The first game is usually based on the skill before actually reaching the end goal which is a big game of the particular sport we are doing for the program.
If the program is Soccer: We would most likely play something that involves our touch or dribbling with the ball. (15 minutes)
๐ฅ MIDDLE GAME:
Usually the participants are ready to play the game they originally came for, in this case, Soccer. So we would play something like 1v1 game such as number soccer.
(This section takes 10 minutes)
๐ฅ LAST GAME:
The reason why everyone's here... a big game of Soccer!
Our Coaches aim to make the teams as even as possible, as sometimes we join in as well! (20 minutes)
๐ฅ COOL DOWN:
The final part of the session is very important, we gather all the participants and do a stretch in a circle to cool our bodies down. We don't want any injuries!
This is a time for our coaches to gather feedback and see how the group enjoyed the session! (5 minutes)
