Traralgon parkrun is a FREE weekly timed 5km event for runners of all standards, which takes place every Saturday at 8am at Agnes Brereton Park, Traralgon, VIC, Australia. Traralgon parkrun is FREE and open to people of all standards and ages, both as volunteers and as runners / walkers. We encourage people of every ability to take part, from those taking their first steps in running to Olympians,

from juniors 5 years or older to those with decades of experience. All runners receive encouragement and enjoy being part of a community event open to all standards. Equally, our volunteer teams come from a huge variety of backgrounds and we urge everybody to get involved in organising their local events at least 3 times per year.

Well it turned out to a good morning for our #533 parkrun that saw 160 runners, joggers and walkers tackle the 5km course. We had quite a few first timers and tourists from Rockhampton, Arlie Beach, Wangaratta and Melbourne. 9 PB's were achieved. Many thanks to our wonderful volunteers: Glynn Maree Riseley, Will Szkwarek, Terry H**e, Liyin Weckmann, Kim Mackrell, Chris Gallivan, Daniel Symons, Ian Heafield, Eudora Walker and Morne Honiball.

Good evening to our parkrun community. Winter has set upon us so make sure you rug up and come along on Saturday for a run, jog or walk along our 5km course. Our volunteers are all good to go and will be there to cheer you along.
Briefing is at 7.55 am so I look forward to seeing you then.

ran, jogged and walked the course this morning. It was a little chilly but luckily the rain held off for us!

Welcome to the visitors who joined us this morning, we hope you enjoyed our friendly parkrun!
