An amazing finish to our Wednesday Over 65s group and evening strength sessions.
I’m really excited for next term. I’ve already started planning the programming and can’t wait to see what’s ahead.
We’re also adding a new Over 65s class on Fridays, after so many of you asked for an extra session.
It’s incredible seeing more and more of you now training 2–3 times a week and building consistency, strength, confidence, and friendships.
I also love hearing that some of our crew have organised coffee and walk dates over the school holiday break. This made my day. 🥰
I’ll be taking a break next week. June 17th til the 23rd.
The gym will still be available for members, just let me know if you’d like to use it.
