An amazing finish to our Wednesday Over 65s group and evening strength sessions.

I’m really excited for next term. I’ve already started planning the programming and can’t wait to see what’s ahead.

We’re also adding a new Over 65s class on Fridays, after so many of you asked for an extra session.

It’s incredible seeing more and more of you now training 2–3 times a week and building consistency, strength, confidence, and friendships.

I also love hearing that some of our crew have organised coffee and walk dates over the school holiday break. This made my day. 🥰

I’ll be taking a break next week. June 17th til the 23rd.

The gym will still be available for members, just let me know if you’d like to use it.

Why do I tell you this?

Because so many women think pelvic floor symptoms are just something that happens after having babies… or just a “normal” part of getting older.

But here’s what most people don’t realise 👇

During perimenopause, hormonal changes (especially the drop in oestrogen) can directly impact your pelvic floor.

This can show up as:
• Leaking when you run, cough or jump
• A feeling of heaviness or pressure
• Increased urgency or frequency
• Discomfort or reduced control

And here’s the hard truth... these symptoms often get worse if they’re ignored.

But they are NOT something you just have to live with.

There is help.

A huge thank you to every single person who walks through the doors each week. You’re the reason this space is what it is.

I feel incredibly lucky to do what I do and to be surrounded by such amazing humans every day.

Mid-term cuppas and a biccie (or two!) with this crew today… after our workout, of course ☕🍪

I’ve been running the Healthy Ageing Program in Trafalgar for over 2 years now, and I absolutely love it.
It truly has everything, strength, balance, flexibility, fun… and most importantly, connection.

Connection is such an important pillar for us as humans. And honestly, one of the most important in my opinion.

A group like this can change your whole day, your week and even your life. So many friendships have been built in these classes, and it’s such a beautiful thing to witness. 🥰

Another amazing day in the gym ❤️

Bloody hell I’m lucky to train such an awesome crew.

Up at 5am, in bed by 8:30pm most days… and honestly, I wouldn’t have it any other way.

Today had a bit of everything. Chats, dance moves, singing, learning, lifting, laughing… and somehow we even squeezed in the Nutbush 💃🤣

Gotta love a big Wednesday.

And to top it off, a beautiful walk out at Blue Rock with my sister 🥰☀️
