Wollongong Lions AFC www.wollongonglionsafl.com.au The Wollongong Lions is an Australian rules football club competing in the AFL South Coast Competition.

They play their home games at North Dalton Park in Towradgi. The club formed in 1966 and has a long successful history in both AFL South Coast and AFL Sydney.

Congratulations to young Lions, Jimmy and Oscar. The boys represented the South Coast at the NSW CHSSA Championships helping the team to a 4th place finish. The team was also coached by Life Member Trev Burnett.

We are stoked to announce two Premier Division debutants in Round 3!

Zac Spiers has joined our club from Griffith after coming to Wollongong for uni, and after a long preseason of showcasing his elite skills, he finally gets a chance to show what he can do on the wing for our prems team.

Selene Chadrawy is a great professional coming from netball, her skills have been fantastic at training and we’re excited to see her chucking on the red & white. 🦁
