aining, whereas going for a jog burns almost NO calories after. Exercising at higher intensities, you are burning far more fat. As well as burning much more fat you also, increase your Aerobic Capacity. Improved Insulin Sensitivity – Your muscles more readily suck in glucose, instead of the glucose going to your fat stores. Create an Anabolic Effect - increase lean muscle, which will sculpt and change your body shape. The best part is a session only takes 30minutes in total, this includes warm up and stretching. You are working hard for approximately 20mins only. We recommend 2-3 sessions a week of Metafit if you really want to see results in not only your body shape, but also your strength, core and fitness. For body sculpting add a couple of resistance training sessions to your week and you will notice fantastic changes to your body.

METAFIT is a High Intensity Interval Workout and is ONLY taught by qualified Metafit coaches for two main reasons.

1. Performing multi-joint complex movements without proper technique at a high intensity increases the likelihood of injury.

2. Clients will not maintain a high intensity interval workout on their own. They WILL pace themselves at some point which defeats the purpose of HIIT. Metafit coaches learn the 'NO PACING' principle.

Metafit coaches follow a structured workout process so clients always get the BEST and MOST effective HIIT workout possible (no matter their fitness level or ability), whilst limiting the risk of injury.
