In 2 days, subjects covered - Standup Punching and Kicking Advanced Combinations, In Close Stand Up Grappling, Ki and the Practical Applications, Leading Techniques, Practical Throws, MMA Groundwork, Mindset and Meditation. Well done to all Students and Instructors who participated, there’s always something new to learn.
