Consistency is our greatest predictor of success, which is why we LOVE seeing our members forming the habits that build the kind of consistency that reaches goals and changes lives. June 22–28 we’re opening our doors to all non-members for a free week of training.

‘The Pauses’ refers to perimenopause, menopause and post menopause.

All phases of the pauses can carry with them many weird and wonderful and often uncomfortable symptoms.

Nutrition support during this time is centred around helping to reduce these symptoms by addressing what’s driving them, largely the changes and fluctuations in hormones. Supporting blood sugar, prioritising protein, including enough carbohydrates, and focusing on nutrient dense foods all play a role in stabilising energy, mood, and overall wellbeing.

This also has a direct impact on how you train and recover.

When nutrition is inconsistent or insufficient, symptoms tend to feel worse and training can feel harder, with more fatigue, slower recovery, and less progress. When you’re fuelling well, you’re better able to maintain muscle, support performance, and handle training stress.

This phase isn’t about doing more, it’s about supporting your body better so it can keep showing up.
