We’re excited to be able to deliver our combine testing for the Northern Beaches Suns AFL club! Giving both the club and athletes important performance data to help aid their off-season and pre-season training!

🏉 AFL COMBINE TESTING – THIS TUESDAY! 🏉
Northern Beaches Suns U15 & U17 Players
This Tuesday we're excited to welcome PRIDE Human Performance to the club to conduct our AFL Combine Performance Testing.
📅 Tuesday 4 August
🕔 U15s – 5:00 pm
🕠 U17s – 5:30 pm
This is a fantastic opportunity for every athlete to gain a better understanding of their physical performance and athletic profile.
Using a series of tests commonly used throughout the AFL talent pathway, we'll measure:
✅ Endurance Time Trial
✅ Countermovement Jump
✅ 20 m Sprint
✅ AFL Agility Test
Every athlete will receive an individual performance report, highlighting their results, strengths and areas for improvement. This gives players clear, measurable information to help guide their training, monitor their development and continue improving their overall athletic performance.
The club will also receive a team performance summary, providing valuable insights into the physical profile of our playing group and helping shape future training priorities.
💪 If you're an Under 15 or Under 17 players, make every effort to attend. This is a great chance to establish a benchmark, challenge yourself and gain information that can help you become a faster, stronger and more complete footballer.

Term 3 is here, and the timetable’s locked in.

Cubs, Youth Athlete System, all sessions running as usual from today. Whether you’re just starting out or you’ve been grinding with us all year, this is where the work gets done every week.

If you’re not training with us yet and you’re serious about improving, this term’s a good time to start. New blocks mean new testing, new programs, and a clean run at your goals before finals season creeps up.

Our field sessions are designed to develop the physical qualities that transfer directly to sport, including:

- Muay Thai Fight Prep -

Here we have a sample of .alletson Full Body 1 session, prepping him for fight night on June 6th.

Our aim for this block was to improve strength, increase power production and force output. While simultaneously working on correcting some movement and flexibility issues.

These sessions are built for all field sport athletes; touch football, rugby league, soccer, hockey, AFL etc. for athletes who want to separate themselves where it matters most on game day.

The focus is simple and direct:

- Sprint speed and acceleration mechanics
- Change of direction and agility
- On-field conditioning specific to your sport

This isn’t random running. Every session is designed to sharpen technique, improve movement efficiency, and build the physical qualities that actually transfer to performance.
