🌟 Townsville Teen Girls Gym Training Opportunity! 🌟

Are you between 13-16 years old and interested in learning how to train safely and effectively in the gym? We're thrilled to announce a special training program designed just for YOU!

Join our 45-minute sessions where you'll learn:
• Proper form and techniques to ensure a safe workout
• Cues to make your exercises more effective
• How to build strength and confidence in your body

This is a unique chance to be part of a small group of 4 like-minded ladies, where you'll receive personalised attention and guidance. Our goal is to help you feel stronger, more confident, and empowered in your fitness journey.

• Session Duration: 45 Minutes
• Monday 3.30pm or 4.30pm/Wednesday 4.30pm/ Saturday 8.30am or 9.30am

10W Strength Block is now LIVE!
ONLINE IS ALSO AVAILABLE!!

The 10W Strength Block is designed to help you gain strength, build muscle, learn the foundations to compound movements: the Deadlift, Squat and Strict Press. In this 10W Block, you will learn how to control the weight, understand how your body moves and how to stay tight in the lift. We focus on technique and form.

Over the past few years, weight training has gained popularity, especially with women. With so many places offering training, a lot of women don’t know where to start. They’re not taught the right form or technique and may be scared to lift heavy because they think they will get big and bulky. If this sounds like you, then the 10W Strength Block is a great start on how to learn. These compound movements set the foundation to build muscle (tone), teach us how to control a weight under pressure and learn how to stay in control within the lift.

Move Inspiring Change will be starting their 10W Strength Block on the 19th of April running through to the 23rd of June. This block is for any woman who would like to learn the basics of strength training.

Our strength days are Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday afternoons at 5.45pm or you can join online and do it at your gym!

Our local location is at Annandale State School ‘The Shed’.

Who is ready for our first ever 10W Strength block? Starting on the 19th of April!
MIC has created a strength system for all females of all ages. This strength system will provide you with the correct knowledge and technique and build strength all at the same time.
This will help build a base foundation while building muscle, learning how to control a weight, learning how to control the body, and learning how to stay tight during the lift.
Ladies, if you're after something a little different to our average bootcamp and interested in learning how to lift heavier, then this strength block is for you.

10 IMPORTANT THINGS YOU NEED TO TAKE SERIOUSLY WHEN STARTING YOUR FITNESS JOURNEY:
1️⃣ Be patient. I cannot stress this enough.
2️⃣ Create habits. Habits are key key 🔑
3️⃣ Consistency. I'm always talking about it. Be consistent. Trust the process, it takes time.
4️⃣ Don't compare yourself to someone else's journey. That's just torture to yourself.
5️⃣ Don't be afraid to try new things.
6️⃣ Invest in a good PT that will help and educate you! That's what you pay them for!
7️⃣ Take progress photo's of your journey.
8️⃣ stop stressing about how heavy you weigh. It's just a number!
9️⃣ Create a sustainable and realistic habits and goals.
🔟 ENJOY THE PROCESS AND TRUST YOURSELF! You got this babe! 👊
