Join our 45-minute sessions where you'll learn:

• Cues to make your exercises more effective

This is a unique chance to be part of a small group of 4 like-minded ladies, where you'll receive personalised attention and guidance. Our goal is to help you feel stronger, more confident, and empowered in your fitness journey.

• Monday 3.30pm or 4.30pm/Wednesday 4.30pm/ Saturday 8.30am or 9.30am
