Don’t quit!

Honestly exercise isn’t just a cure all it’s a immunization to poor physical and mental health!

Once you reach this place of enjoying turning up despite whatever situation your in, this is success. Only then will you truly achieve lasting physical and mental health and control over your body or mastery of skill.

All the courage is found within the struggle. All the discipline is found within the commitment. All the joy is found in the moment.

I ve never tried to be perfect.

I ve never claimed to be perfect.

I’m constantly struggling. I make mistakes all the time.

Perfection at times is the enemy. Perfection for me can lead to procrastination.....And I hate procrastination.

We learn best when we throw ourselves into the battle.

I m happy to make mistakes and rectify them on the fly.

Unfortunately at times I think people may mistake my positivity for perfectionism. Please don’t expect me to be something I’m not.

I urge everyone to try and drop the idea we should be perfect or free of mistakes.

Put yourself out there and just give everything a red hot go and figure it out on the move.

And don’t forget to forgive yourself for making mistakes we are all human.

As you can see here I have made some decent mistakes 😂😱⚔️🌪
