BUMP IN DAY!!
🔥Reminder - Gates are open from 12pm 🔥
Please be safe and arrive after 12pm to ensure you are not lined up at the gate or on the road awaiting entry. If we are able to open this sooner, Competitors will be advised via the Competitor Facebook Chat.
REMINDERS
🔥RIDING FOR NON-MEMBERS - FRIDAY
For those competitors who wish to ride today and are NOT financial members of the Club, you need to complete a temporary membership form for the FRIDAY ONLY. Please see the President (Kerryn Reid) to sign the waivers prior to riding.
📣Yards and stables
There are a limited number of yards at the facility, and should you wish to use them, and they are available on a first in best dressed basis and you do so at your own risk. If you see a TCWPC Reserved Yard sign on the gate - these are not to be used. These are reserved for Committee Members and Show Sponsors.
These yards are maintained by the Bartlett Park Committee, and the TCWPC holds no responsibility for the condition of these yards.
Portable yards are welcomed (tape or panels) and all we ask that is that you PLEASE clean up after your horse and remove all hay and manure).
🔥ENTRY GATE
Please be mindful of the entry gate - this is to be shut at all times for all our horse's safety, so we appreciate if we all can be mindful of this.
🔥AREA USE
You may use the arena for warm up unless advised otherwise. Once the area is dragged and prepared for Sat morning - there will be a space allocated within the area as a designated warm up area. This warmup area will remain for the duration of the show. Competitors will be notified if the whole area is closed off for any reason via the Competitor Chat on Facebook.
