The End of My Era as Boutique Health & Fitness!
⚡️Closing August 2nd⚡️

This is a big moment, the past 4 years I have built BHF from the ground up. Kicking off as a fresh 18 year old as Motive Fitness - always have a motive for fitness to then Fitness with Em - after many in between jobs deciding to just start my own fun as a group instructor as a hobbie in covid, to a 20 year old launching Boutique Health & Fitness.

Some milestones:
⚡️Cash on the day of classes to client management and booking software.
⚡️3 Clients to sold out challenges.
⚡️Collabs with amazing local businesses.
⚡️Partnerships with sportswear brands.
⚡️Opening up new training locations.
⚡️Building a community of members that felt connected, supported and encouraged to be their fittest self.
⚡️Hitting some major biz and financial goals.
⚡️Buying my dream car.
Moments of tests:
⚡️Learning to balance gst & taxes.
⚡️Investing into websites and business development.
⚡️Figuring out how to pay rent and run a business during a moment of uncertainty 2 years ago.
⚡️Lack of sleep and a lil much stress (growth)
⚡️Navigating multiple personalities, figuring out how to be a better coach that is resilient and neutral.
⚡️Juggling life, work, training, sleep, health.

It’s been an incredible ride doing what I love, showing people how to get fit and educating them on actually fuelling their body enough to support their goals.

I want to say a massive thank you to each client I have had along this journey and to those I still have, each business that’s supported me, each friend and family member for cheering me on, my followers and our local community. My mum for telling me I can do anything I believe in, even if it means being 18 and figuring out how to register a business, you’ve always supported me and I am filled with love for that. My best friend for sharing the tears with me, believing in me to your core, making my life beautiful and bringing light into my world. My baby sis for all the content and help setting up.

I’m proud of who I’ve become and what I’ve achieved. 🏎️✨

Huge congratulations to our BHF Gal Sam for hitting her run goals this week and running a total of 2km today on top of our Survival of The Fittest Workout today in celebration of our 6 Week Challenge! ⚡️

Amazing effort, from walking just 50m to now being able to consistently run 300m+ and being able to run 2km + complete a workout within the span of an hour and a half!

You are an inspiration and I am so so proud of you for giving it your all! 🩵🩵⚡️⚡️
