NADINE GODWIN

Gotta give credit where credit is due. Nadine loves her training and maaaan doesn’t it show!

Whether it’s her beloved 8:30 Elite™, an early 5am grind, or an afternoon session, she’s always showing up and putting in the work. The progress? Huge!

She genuinely loves Dialogue and the community here, and it shows every time she walks through the doors. Always throwing banter around, having a laugh with whoever’s nearby, and helping make the gym such a fun place to train.

Nadine’s also been putting herself out there more, jumping into comps and backing herself, and we love to see it. We can’t wait to see her go from strength to strength in 2026!

So well deserved, Nadine! Thanks for bringing the effort, the laughs, and the good vibes every single week. 🖤💛

Yep, she ticks all the boxes. Simone, this one’s for you!

If you’ve ever trained alongside her, you already know why she’s our MOTM. She is always there (literally). Her attendance stats are up with the best of them, and her consistency never wavers, even when she’s navigating injury. She adapts, shows up, does the work, and sets the tone for what commitment really looks like.

What makes Simone truly special is how she treats others. Super supportive, always cheering others on, and encouraging everyone from first timers to seasoned athletes. She will happily partner with absolutely anyone, no ego, no hesitation, and then somehow get the very best out of them too.

Let’s not forget her massive achievement recently, taking on the Point to Pinnacle half marathon in Tasmania. One of the hardest road runs in the world, but she did it. Huge!

Simone, thank you for being such a bright, steady presence in our box. Your energy makes Dialogue better every single day. 🖤💛

Join us on Saturday to commemorate Remembrance Day with a very special hero WOD.

This WOD, created in honour of Navy SEAL Chad Wilkinson, represents both a physical and mental challenge. Each step is a tribute to the strength and sacrifice of those who have fought for our freedoms, and those who struggle with the invisible battles.

This workout can be completed with or without a ruck - as long as it challenges you, you're doing it right. BYO ruck if you have one. Book in on Wodify.
