Today in the club, the team have worn their RUOKDay shirts, in support of su***de prevention.

Sometimes it is hard to find the words to express that you are NOT ok. And we see our club as a place where so many people come to find relief from those thoughts.

We want to help our members as much as possible. Whether thats lifting heavy weights on the gym floor or lifting that heavy weight off your shoulders, you can come to us for support.

What a year it's been watching our members take on HYROX🔥

We've seen incredible commitment, resilience, and grit every step of the way. The finish lines are worth celebrating, but it's the hard work behind them that makes us proud.

A huge congratulations to everyone who's already competed, and good luck to all of our members preparing for HYROX Melbourne. We can't wait to see you take it on.
