🤔 So what is 'Vinyasa' anyway and how did it become a 'style of yoga'?

🌱 Vinyasa means “to place in a special way” so within the journey of a vinyasa yoga class, this intention is consciously connecting the many layers of yoga to a deeper journey within.

This yoga workshop shares the foundations of how 'yoga vinyasa' came to be and how the body, breath, attention and philosophy comes together to shape the vinyasa experience.

If you’re a regular student ready to deepen your understanding of how yoga supports us on and off the mat ~ this workshop is for you!
