What’s in a perfect race-day kit? 🚵‍♂️

Other than your race plate and the obvious essentials, make sure you’re prepared for race day with the right gear on board.

At a minimum, we recommend carrying:
▪️Water
▪️A spare tube
▪️Tyre levers
▪️A multi-tool

We also strongly recommend:
▫️Basic nutrition
▫️A small first aid kit
▫️The free Emergency+ app downloaded on your phone

Riders with any pre-existing medical conditions must carry their required medication with them at all times.

Being properly prepared helps keep your ride safe, smooth, and enjoyable out on the course. 🏁

It’s a sad day, when you can no longer show your bikes on the foot path.
Over the last few weeks I’ve had 5 seat and seat posts stolen and 3 front wheels.
Times are tough enough without these F**kwits stealing stuff.

So if the signs out, I’m open…..
