Session Details
Sessions are held Sunday from 9am to 12pm (see below)
We follow the school term, so we will always begin the Sunday after school goes back, and finish the Sunday at the beginning of school holidays

Protective gear and light sabres provided by Jedi Academy. Parents are welcome to supervise classes

Adults (16+) - 9am

Padawans (ages 9 to 16) - 10am

Knights (returning students) - 11am

Session Make Up
- 5 Minute Mindfulness activity
- Warm up
- Blocks, grips and stance
- Basic strikes
- Attack / Defence / counter practice
- Dulon (drills / kata)
- Controlled free form sparring (Padawan and knights)
- Short Mindfulness activity
