🐲 EPIC DRAGONBOATING CHARITY DAY 🛶

A huge thanks to NQ Phoenix Dragon Boat Club for putting on a great day for the 15 teams to compete in and raise funds for Fuel For Schools Ltd .

We had a fantastic day paddling, and ended up winning our 3 races including the minor finals, missing out on the major finals by 1 second! 🤏🥲

On the URT side, a massive thanks to Laura (for getting us involved), Coach Arnie for getting the team together, and the URT crew who came down for the day!
Including, but not limited to...
KG, Scott (& fam), Arnie, Terese, James, Geoff, Rik, Brayden, Karl (& fam, thanks for the video skills Geneva!) our last minute ring in (walking past) Nick, and Maria!

The team is already mentally preparing to improve for next year, with a better 'hanging for the day' setup. 💪

At Ultimate Results Training (URT) our 12-Week Semi-Private Coaching is designed to help you build consistency, improve your strength and fitness, and achieve lasting results with the support of experienced coaches and the community.

With a maximum of 8 people per session, you'll receive the guidance and accountability of personal training while enjoying the motivation of training alongside a small group.

Over the 12-week program, your coach gets to know you and how you move.

✅ Exercises are modified to suit injuries or individual needs
✅ You'll be challenged at the right level for you

🦵 JULY LOADED S/L BALANCE CHALLENGE

We've got an interesting one this month, and it will highlight some weak links for you to work on 👊

The challenge will be balancing on one leg, with a 24/40kg KB in the opposite hand, for time.

Goal is to improve upon the 3:24 last year for the ladies, and 1:27 for the men!

Rules:
- No chalk
- Hold KB by your side, opposite to the balancing leg
- Time ends when the off-foot touches
- F = 24kg - M = 40kg
- Coach must time
