CEN is also a Queensland product.
Brian and Peter are the founders and if you give CEN a call you will more then likely talk to one of them.
They also have a podcast on Spotify with some very interesting content which is very applicable to us keeping horses in Tropical North Queensland.

Natural animal and human supplements that bridge the gap between nutrition and pharmaceuticals. Shop the range online for delivery Australia wide.

There once was a horse; spick-and-spandy
Who loved to get dirty and sandy
He went for a stroll
And had a good roll
And now he is happy and dandy!

Thanks Allison Shelley Hay for hosting this ride.
It is always a beautiful one.

Welcome day members - Zoe, Katia Charlebois and Emily Birt we hope to have you on many more rides with us.

Special shout out to our members Julie and Ray from Charters Towers, thank you for travelling to the coast to enjoy these rides with us.

Strike a pose, fashion lovers—Derek, the dashing donkey, is trotting onto the scene in a halter that whispers pure sophistication. With every gentle step beneath the eucalyptus trees, he’s a vision of charm and grace, proving that style knows no species. Watch out, world—Derek is here to steal the spotlight!

Congratulations Joanna Kirby on taking home the halter on offer from the ATHRA members draw.

Derek, you're a star baby!

Grey, Bays & Sunny Days!

It's that time of year when it is easy to forget how horrible the wet season can be. What a beautiful sunny day.

We finally broke in to 2026 with a ride at Nome, just south of Townsville.

Shout out to Carolyn Walker for the photography yesterday. Some ripper photos to make the people who didn't get to ride very jealous (thanks 😥).

Good to see the grey patrol was back in force (the horses, I mean 😉)

Happy New Year!

What do you call an Elf that sings???

A Wrapper!

And that's a wrap for the club for the year.
This is a fantastic ride to finish the year with and with views like this it is hard to pick a favourite photo.

The moon took its sweet time coming up for us but when it did Helen caught it in its full glory.

So very spoiled at the top with pizza thanks to Paul & Melissa. I may even have to remind everyone to take a jumper for the top next year. Got a bit chilly up there.

"You don't know you're making memories, you just know you're having fun."

Just when you think the rides couldn't get any better.
No wonder this is a favourite with the members.

Big thank you to Arwen Rickert for organising this ride and trail bossing.

It was quite the turn out with 14 full members and 5 day members.

Thank you to everyone who attended and made this ride so wonderful.

A land of sombre, silent hills, where mountain cattle go
By twisted tracks, on sidelings deep, where giant gum trees grow
And the wind replies, in the river oaks, to the song of the stream below.

A land where the hills keep watch and ward, silent and wide awake
As those who sit by a dead campfire, and wait for the dawn to break,
Or those who watched by the Holy Cross for the dead Redeemer's sake.

Thanks Banjo..... I'll take it from here.

Today's ride was at Major's Creek, the Southern side of Mount Elliot.

The ride goes to Joanna Kirby on Benito. The big Spaniards maiden ride and he did so well!
New members Katrina and Carolyn came along and Day members Sophie and Sophia joined us.

The group went past orchards, across fields, along roads and into Major's Creek before retiring to a cold drink and a feed.

Thanks everyone for coming.

Well. What. A. Ride!
Today's ride was at Grass Hut Sation, Mingela home to Rhondhu Stud.
Liz Miller, our host, turned it on!
What a beautiful property in a great part of the country. We were spoiled with views of the Great Dividing Range and got to experience different terrain and changing landscapes.
Bridget's horse nearly took her for a swim in the dam and all horses proved themselves as sure footed steeds climbing a rocky hill where we were met welcome breezes at the top. A welcome to Haley as a day member, thanks for joining us today on one of our longer rides. And thanks Mel, our Trail boss, for keeping us safe.

Thanks to all for supporting the madien ride of a freshly broken horse, I (Nell) really appreciated your patience and understanding. 19km under her belt today and she is pooped.

Check out the photos and you will catch a glimpse of a beautiful pally Stallion standing at Rhondhu.
