The stage is the part everyone gets to see. But the real transformation happened long before I ever stepped under those lights.

And somewhere along the way, I didn’t just change physically. I became more disciplined. More resilient. More confident in myself.

That’s the part I’ll always be most proud of 🤍

You don’t need to absolutely destroy yourself every time you train. You need a plan that actually has a purpose.

Training with more intention, recovering properly, eating enough to support performance, and giving your body enough time to adapt.

This is the goal.

Being educated about your body, training with purpose and knowing how to fuel yourself properly? That’s kinda chic to me...
