“A Sunday well spent brings a week of content”, and what could be better than starting your Sunday with with your studio besties, outside doing a hot girl Pilates class, followed by a relaxing and rejuvenating sauna session?

meet me at Anzac Park for a 7 AM start on the mat, which will be followed by an exclusive sauna experience for studio girls only at 8 AM.

Since spaces are limited, reservations are essential. This event is exclusively for studio members, so be sure to secure your spot quickly!

Please bring:
A mat for Pilates
A towel for the sauna
Water for both and a change of clothes if you want one for during or after sauna x

mornings are made better with Pilates and bestie matcha dates 🤤✨

new to matcha or just looking for a new spot? Here’s my current favourites 🤤

1. .caphe I get an iced matcha latte on coconut milk with 1 shot coconut condensed milk. guys, trust me on this. I also do iced matcha on coconut water- if you like a more traditional matcha this one’s for you and perfect for restoring those electrolytes post workout as coconut water is natures electrolytes.

2. .and.js - my og. My go to order here is iced matcha on coconut with either 1 pump of vanilla or honey.

3. . Iced matcha on coconut (no ice cream) with maple (as it comes I think) xx

Here’s some reasons why I love matcha.
unlike coffee, which in excess or in the wrong body (a person with high cortisol, struggling adrenals etc) can be inflammatory, matcha actually reduces inflammation.
Matcha contains much less caffeine than coffee but due to its concentration of l theanine (an amino acid) it promotes concentration, and steady energy for a longer period of time, whilst keeping you calm (how cool). It’s also super high in antioxidants, protecting against oxidative stress andddd it aids in metabolic function! We love you matcha 🍵

The dynamic duo is back 🫢🥵😮‍💨 | Aug 4th 3.30pm

studio sculpt x invites you to join us for a fitness and fun filled afternoon.
At 3.30pm we will flow through a sculpt session filled with sugar, spice and all things nice 🌶️
After our Pilates session concludes, we will take over the strand for a walk with all our hot girl besties, finishing back at Anzac where we can cross the road for a little hot choc, coffee, icecream or other 🫢

Cost: absolutely free.
Time: 3.30 - 5.30
What to bring: A mat, water bottle and walking shoes
Do I have to come for all? Nope you can join for just the walk or just the Pilates or stay for both
All women over 16 are welcome 🫶

The details:
Meeting: strand basketball courts at 6.15am where we will prep then run.
Post run: we will resume back at the courts and walk together to for a delicious and deserved post run refuel.

An event has been created on our booking system so please book so we can account for numbers ✨

this week I’ve been sitting in immense gratitude for our space, our clients, our coaches, our support, our community.

this month we’ve hosted birthdays, had so many incredible local businesses donate to our lucky mat month, an influx of new members joining us and tonight we are holding our first after dark event. I’m just feeling so damn blessed that I get to call this “work”.

Thank you for being my muses so I can keep curating with passion.
