Race Recap:
The final round of Sealink Handicap Series 1 was completed yesterday. Racing commenced with the light breeze, shifting 180 degrees, putting fear into sailors’ hearts. After heat two, the god of the wind smiled upon us and in came the sea breeze. After a course adjustment, the competition intensified, with the whole fleet consistently jockeying for position on the last legs toward the finish line. This was reflected in the final results, with Imogen Kerswell just able to hold off the fast-finishing John Mclean.

Tan Lines Distilling DF Club Championship update:

The 3rd round of the Tan lines Distilling DF Club Championship was sailed in ideal conditions. A mid-range “A” rig breeze, with some variation in strength and direction, made for tactical and highly enjoyable racing. In many races, places were decided by as little as half a boat length, with one even ending in a dead heat.
