Happy New Year!! I am so excited to announce my very first 6 week challenge for 2022, which will kick off on Monday 31st January 2022. Registrations are now open!

This is your perfect opportunity to shed those holiday kilos and kick start your new year and a new you!

The challenge is $160 per person and includes:
- An initial assessment to discuss your specific goals
- A custom diet plan specific to your goals and macronutrients
- A revision plan at the half way point to add some variety to your plan
- A Macro Nutrition manual to help you understand how macros work
- Motivation and support from me and other challengers through our Facebook group specific to the 6 week challenge.

A1 Mountain Climbers
A2 Squats 1 1/4
A3 Shoulder Taps
A4 Frog Bridge

This program has been specifically designed for beginners of ALL ages and offers simple yet very effective exercises to help you burn fat as well as build strength and lean muscle mass to help you achieve that overall toned physique.

Today I asked people to guess the weight difference between these two photos, taken exactly 6 weeks apart. I wanted to run a little experiment to see how big of a range people would guess. I had people guess anywhere from no loss at all up to 8kg’s lost.

Obviously there are body composition changes between the two photos, and definite centimeters lost from all measurements including my hips, waist and thighs. But exactly how much weight was lost? Well, on the day that I took the last photo, I weighed exactly 1.5kg less than 6 weeks ago. That’s an average of 250g lost per week!

So, what exactly was my point of this little experiment? To show you that the scale is truly not an accurate measurement of your progress or your hard work! You can be making significant body composition changes without seeing a single gram lost on the scale…in fact, the day after taking that last photo, the scale had jumped right back up to the same weight as the original photo and guess what, I still looked exactly the same as the day before.

My biggest message to everybody on a health and fitness journey is to take photos regularly, take measurements often and ! And of course, stay consistent and trust the damn process!!

It’s been a hot minute since I’ve touched base on my social media, mostly because life has just gotten in the way!

I have been flat out recently, with my little family and I relocating to the Central Coast last week. I am still unpacking boxes every day and settling into a new area, and now to add to the challenges of life, hubby is out of work for at least the next 2 weeks due to COVID lockdown restrictions here in Sydney.

BUT I am still pinching myself that I get to call this beautiful place home…it is literally a dream come true for me to be so close to the ocean and my soul is at peace!

I have had lots of messages and enquiries recently about my next challenge and/or taking on new clients however unfortunately at this stage, I do not have any capacity. I will be working hard over the next few weeks and will be announcing my next challenge date in the coming weeks…stay tuned!!

To all of my fellow Sydneysiders…stay safe and stay positive…tough times build tough minds!! We’ve got this! 💪🏻

I woke up this morning feeling defeated! 😔 I’m mid cycle and always feel soo blah around my ovulation (anybody else?).

I jumped on the scale and that made things worse, a slight increase from last week (which I know can be normal) but still added to my feelings of defeat! ❌ Took my measurements and I’ve had a slight decrease across all of my measurements this week, meh!!

And then I took my photos…and OMG, this photo comparison from behind has me excited!! 🍑 I never see much of a difference in my photos from behind but you guys…this is MASSIVE! In just 4 weeks!! 🤩

So, what’s my point… and trust the damn process!! 💪🏻 And remember, we are all on our own journey…never compare your progress to anybody but your previous self!!

You guyssss…I DID IT!! I finally DID IT!! I woke up this morning, weighed in and boom…I hit 20kgs lost!! 😱 It took me almost 4 years, with another pregnancy and bubba thrown in the middle, but I am soo damn proud!! 👏🏻

No fad diets, no surgery, no magic pills or powders…I finally learned to fuel my body correctly and work my damn arse off!!

It’s not so much about the number on the scale for me these days as it is about pushing my limits in my fitness journey…and I’m not done!! Here’s to kicking many, many more goals in the future!! 💪🏻
